A Wrinkle in Time

In a little over a month my students will be reading A Wrinkle in Time. I’m currently doing the quick reread/skim before we all read it together. This is a book that they picked out.

From A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle:

Did a shadow fall across the moon or did the moon simply go out, extinguished as abruptly and completely as a candle? There was the sound of leaves, a terrified, terrifying rushing. All light was gone. Darkness was complete. suddenly the wind was gone, and all sound.

Grab a book and join the fun.

    • When my students picked this as one they wanted to read this year, I purposely put it towards the end of the school year because I haven’t read it in quite a while and knew I’d have to reread it before we all read it together. It is a great story.

    • Thanks. This is a great part of the book. The Narnia series is also great. My students have one chapter left before we finish The Magician’s Nephew and are loving the book.
