Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly link-up hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week’s list is the Top Ten Books I Read in 2015. I ask you, is it possible to pick only ten? The answer is no, but I will try. I will try to keep this list within the requisite ten by listing only books I read for the first time (no rereads).

CinderSacrificedThe Scorpio Races
Grave MercyThe Wrath and the DawnAkarnaeCode Name Verity
Arriving at AmenMy Sisters the SaintsSeven Revolutions

1. Cinder by Marissa Meyer (and the entire series)

Yep, I totally started this series (and finished it) this year. I LOVE the Lunar Chronicles and everyone should read them. If you haven’t, go read them now! It’s required. 🙂

2. Sacrificed by Emily Wibberley (and the series)

Go read this epic book (and the series) and you will totally love it! I loved it to pieces and still think Clio and Tirza and everyone in that book deserves the award of awesomeness.

3. The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater

This is an amazing book! Seriously. It is totally unique and I loved it. If you haven’t read this yet, GO READ IT NOW! You will love Sean Kendrick and Kate (Puck) Connolly.

4. Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers (and series)

This is another great series starter that I read this year. I LOVED Grave Mercy and then proceeded to read the rest of the His Fair Assassin trilogy and they are all great books. If you haven’t read them, you are missing out on some epic historical fiction with a slight twist of fantasy.

5. The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh

This book is AMAZING! I seriously am having a very hard time waiting for the next book in the series. This book was just so awesome that I can only tell you all to go read it.

6. Akarnae by Lynette Noni

This was yet another great book that I read in 2015. I am anticipating great things from the next book in the Medoran Chronicles.

7. Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein

This was a wonderful historical fiction on World War II and I am so glad that I read it. Everyone should read this book and love it.

8. Arriving At Amen by Leah Libresco

Arriving At Amen is an amazing book about Leah Libresco’s conversion to Catholicism and how seven prayers fit into her life. It is an amazing read even if you aren’t Catholic as it is a great introduction into the prayers of the Catholic Church.

9. My Sisters the Saints by Colleen Carroll Campbell

This is a spiritual memoir about how the saints impacted the life of Colleen Carroll Campbell. This is another wonderful read that I really enjoyed.

10. Seven Revolutions by Mike Aquilina and James L Papandrea

Seven Revolutions talks about seven ways that Christianity changed the world in the years of the Early Church and how Christianity can again change the world if we let it. Really, this is  great, timely read that I highly recommend.

These are the Top Ten Books I Read in 2015. Feel free to share yours as well and check out the rest of them at The Broke and the Bookish.

    • The Scorpio Races is an amazing book. It isn’t at all what I expected when I picked it up, but it is amazing.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great rest of the week.

    • I was such a latecomer to the series but, in a way, that was a good thing since I didn’t need to wait for release dates. I could not pick a favorite of the series so I just went with the first book and included all the others. I have a hard time picking between Cress and Cinder as well.
Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a great rest of the week!

    • I haven’t heard much about anyone who didn’t like the Scorpio Races. It would be so hard not to like that book.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a great end of the week.

    • Code Name Verity completely blew me away. Not at all what I was expecting.
The Wrath and the Dawn is amazing! I will probably be rereading it before the sequel is released.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great rest of the week!
