This is the sequel to Green Rider that I featured last week. It continues about two years after Green Rider ended. Karigan is on yet more adventures and this book finds her learning more about the history of the Riders though unnatural means. 🙂
From First Rider’s Call by Kristen Britain (pg 156):
Then, even as she gazed at the footprints,
dust filled them in, erasing their existence.
The drops of water evaporated.
All this though nothing shifted or swirled,
her own footsteps remaining unchanged and clear.
I'm linking up with the Friday 56, so I'll invite you to go grab a book and join the fun.

Sounds like a magical place!
In this case it isn’t so much a magical place as that magical things seem to happen around one character in particular.
