This week’s list is the Top Ten Books I Read on Recommendations. There are so many books that have been recommended to me, especially since I began this blog. I’m just going to list the six I can think of right now (though I am sure there are more) in no particular order.

It has been a long time since I have written a Top Ten Tuesday post. I haven’t meant to leave it this long, but apparently life gets in the way. Anyway, I am back for now. This week’s list is the Top Ten Favorite 2016 Releases So Far. Since I have only read 11 2016 releases I would rate 5 stars so far, I’m going to give you all eleven. They are listed in the order in which I read them.

This week’s list is the Top Ten Books Every X Should Read. I am choosing to write about the Lesser Known Books Every Fantasy Lover Should Read. As a note, I am picking lesser known how I see it. If some of these are rather well-known, I may be unawares and then we should have a party! I also know it will be unlikely that I get to ten.

The theme this week is Books and Music. I really don’t listen to a whole lot of music, so this might be a bit hard. Typically, I only put music on when I am driving across town (5 minutes). Anything longer than that will be at least one hour and forty minutes since I live in Montana and things are so spread out. Longer drive warrant an audiobook.
I guess this means that this week I am going to give you some books (more like three) I think should have songs/ballads written about them. If there actually are songs written about any of these books, I am most likely completely oblivious to that fact. Please let me know in the comments.

This week’s list is a freebie so I have decided to share with you the Top Ten Things I Do Besides Read. I hope that I can get to ten or else my life isn’t all that exciting.
I obviously blog or you wouldn’t be reading this right now. I would say that this takes up a fair share of my time.
As I have mentioned before, I am a teacher. I teach in my school’s fifth and sixth grade special education and resource room. I love what I do but it is a lot of work. Some days are better than others and no day is ever like the day before. Everyday is definitely a new surprise… and sometimes I would rather the “surprise” went away.
The first thing I do in the morning is pray Morning Prayer and prayer is one of the last things I do before bed at night. Prayer is a rather important part of my daily life. I think you could probably, maybe tell this from looking at my blog. The url is CATHOLICamanda. The title (Orandi et Legendi) is Latin. The tagline is “just a girl praying and reading.” Yep, prayer is pretty important to me.
